While eclipses aren't a time to set intentions, we’ll be using a journaling method to encourage deep reflection and review ways to make space and get ready for what it is we desire as the Universe sets us on our destined paths. This is truly a time to surrender and trust what is being laid out before us. We’ll also discuss planetary transits and how to best use the upcoming energies to our advantage as we embrace the renewing energy of Spring. This workshop features a restorative yoga flow session that will involve slower, grounding poses to emphasize introspection and reflection along with breathwork & a wellness meditation to set the tone. The day will conclude with Tarot readings for additional guidance and inspiration. Additionally, our debut Cosmic Tarot iced coffee drinks will be served.
